Any of the following satisfies eligibility requirements for interment or inurnment: 

• Decedent is a resident of the District
• Decedent is a property owner in the District
• Decedent is a business owner in the District
• Decedent owns interment rights in the Laurel Cemetery

* Non-residency fee will be added when the above requirements are not met. See below for eligibility for non-residents to be buried here.

(ex. deceased is out of district)

• Decedent is a family member of a District resident and did not live in the district*
• Decedent is a family member of a property owner in the District and did not live in the district*
• Decedent is a family member of a person already interred in the Laurel Cemetery and did not live in the district*
